Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

We provide AI video generation tools using text or uploaded photos. Generation requests may be processed by configured third-party AI providers, and uploaded/generated files may be handled by cloud-storage providers. Submit content only when you have the necessary permissions, including permission to use identifiable people’s photos. Generated animation does not grant rights to source music, choreography, trademarks or other third-party content. See our Privacy Policy for media processing details. Submitted results are not automatically published to the public gallery.

We provide this service as a software-as-a-service platform. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.
• Generate any prohibited content described in the AI Content Policy below.

AI Content Policy

Because the service provides AI video generation (text-to-video and image-to-video), you must follow this content policy in addition to the general rules above.

Prohibited content. You may not use the service to create, upload, or distribute any of the following categories of content:

1. Sexual content and NSFW material — pornographic or sexually explicit imagery or video, including any sexualized depiction of real people.
2. Violence and gore — gratuitous graphic violence, dismemberment, torture, or excessive blood and gore.
3. Hate speech — content that promotes discrimination, hostility, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, age, or sexual orientation.
4. Child safety (CSAM) — any content that sexually exploits or endangers minors. We report suspected child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities and cooperate fully with law enforcement.
5. Deepfakes and impersonation — synthetic media designed to impersonate a real person without their consent, including non-consensual face swaps, fabricated statements or actions attributed to real individuals, or content intended to deceive about a person's identity.
6. Copyright and trademark infringement — content that reproduces protected works, characters, logos, or brands beyond what the law allows, or that misrepresents your rights in uploaded material.

You must also have the necessary rights or permission for any photo you upload, and you may only upload photos of people who have consented to being featured in generated videos.

Enforcement. Violations may result in, at our discretion and depending on severity: a warning; removal of the generated content; deduction or forfeiture of credits; suspension; or permanent ban of your account. Credits spent on removed violating content are not refunded. We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies for serious violations.

Reporting violations. If you encounter generated content that violates this policy, report it by signing in and submitting a support ticket in Settings with the local task ID or a link to the content. Our support inbox accepts reports from any visitor.

Moderation process. We review every report promptly. Our process combines automated detection with manual review: reports are triaged on receipt, investigated against this policy, and acted on with the enforcement measures above. Where the law requires it, we preserve evidence and report to the appropriate authorities. Reporters may not always receive an individual response, but every report is processed.

Payment and Billing

Paid features are billed in advance for the selected billing period. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with our refund policy.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You can request account closure through support tickets in Settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
