5. Payment Information — Billing details handled by trusted third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Photos, Prompts and AI Video Processing

When you submit a generation request, your uploaded photos, prompts and selected settings may be sent to the configured third-party AI provider to process that request. Uploads and generated files may be stored by configured cloud-storage providers. Upload only photos you have permission to use, including permission from identifiable people, and avoid sensitive personal information.

Task history and downloads require your account, but media files may be delivered through publicly accessible storage URLs. Treat these links as shareable, rather than as a private-storage guarantee. Submitting a task does not automatically publish your upload or result to the public gallery; the gallery currently displays selected demonstration videos.

How We Use Your Information

We use the data we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the service.
• Process transactions and send related confirmations.
• Send technical notices, security alerts, and support messages.
• Respond to your questions, feedback, and support requests.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud and abuse.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only in these limited cases:

• With the AI, storage, authentication and payment providers used to operate the features you choose.
• To comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests from public authorities.
• To protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users.

Data Security

Account authentication restricts access to your task history and download endpoints. Media storage URLs may be publicly accessible. Keep copies of files you need; this service does not currently offer a fixed retention period or an automatic deletion schedule.

Your Rights

You can update available account details in Settings. For questions or requests about access, correction, export or deletion of your data, submit a support ticket. These requests are reviewed through support; the service does not provide automatic deletion of all uploaded and generated files.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.

For privacy questions, sign in and submit a support ticket in Settings. Include the relevant local task ID when your request concerns a generation. Do not include passwords or payment-card details.
